Problems accessing the PPSACanada site with Internet Explorer running on Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) ?  Try the following:

When you log into the PPSACanada site you get this message, click ok.

Click on the bar titled "Pop-up blocked. To see this pop-up or addition options click here..." which is just below the Address Bar you use to type www.ppsacanada.com. In the menu that comes up click on "Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site..."

A confirmation box will come up as follows, click on "Yes."  The PPSACanada screen will immediately come up.  Internet Explorer will remember your changes and you will not be required to do this the next time you access our site.

To manually setup access to the PPSACanada site do the following.

Open Internet Explorer, click on "Tools" in the pull down menus at the top.  Click on "Internet Options..." which is the last option in the menu.  That brings up the following window, click the "Privacy" tab and then the "Settings..." button down in the Pop-up Blocker section..

The following window will come up.  Type "arrival.ppsaontario.com" in the "Address of Web site to allow:" box and click "Add".  You will then see "arrival.ppsaontario.com" in the "Allowed sites:" list.  Click "Ok" to close this window.  Click "Ok" again on the previous window (Internet Options) to close that window as well.  You should now be able to go to the website www.ppsacanada.com and login as usual.
